This work addresses the fake masculinity of “bro” culture, where it wrestling interactions are offered an antidote by the overt femininity of the crocheted fabrication. The person in the sculpture is the artist himself. The work also refers the famous and grandiose David painting of Napoleon crossing the Alps.
